At myTVS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new outfit isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Request
Log into your myTVS account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from our portal and secure it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once inspected.
